I've recently upgraded my golf bag.
I have a new putter and 3 wood which are arguably two of my most important clubs.
I purchased a Wilson Infinite Zero Torque 606 Putter. I've used it for a few rounds and I like the look and feel. I find I'm hitting putts slightly straighter and with better distance control.
I also bought a Cobra OPTM X Fairway which I haven't actually had a chance to use in play yet. I hit it pretty well in the simulator so keen to give it a go. If I can hit it as straight as my hybrid and get 20-30 metres extra distance on some holes that would be amazing.
So my whole bag is now:
- Cobra OPTM X Fairway (4 wood)
- Callaway Elyte X (4 hybrid)
- Callaway Rogue ST Max Irons - Steel Shaft (5-PW)
- Renegar wedge (60° "Lob" Steel Shaft)
- Wilson Infinite Zero Torque 606 Putter
Ball wise I prefer to play with Bridgestone Tour B XS.
Really my clubs are now solid. The only thing left is potentially some wedges to fill the gap between my pitching wedge and the 60. Honestly though, I kind of like hitting my pitching wedge with half swings to fill this gap.
