I had my first morning practice session really ever at golf this morning. A couple of things:
- Work on my bunt hybrid, I've been missing a lot of fairways recently and need to get back on track, what seems to work is gripping lower on the club and not swinging too hard, also ensuring that the ball is teed low and I take a little bit of ground on the way through, even if it only goes 150 metres if I'm still in the fairway it's a good result
- There's no need to do a big change in my grip, just make sure it doesn't get too strong
- I want to eventually get a new putter (Wilson Infinite ZT Putter) and I'll get a new 3/5 wood too, I'm not 100% sure what 3 wood I'll end up getting, to the some money for this I'll sell my external computer display which I've barely been using for work
- I probably should have some lessons when I get this new club to build up some confidence
